Instead, we focus exclusively on professional residential property management. When your client is ready to buy or sell again, we refer them right back to you.
As a thank-you for your confidence, we also offer a generous referral commission of up to 30% for property management referrals that result in a signed lease of at least 12 months. Your commission is paid once the lease has been fully executed by all parties.
