The WJD Promise

Although we ask for an initial 12-month commitment, if you are unhappy with our services for any reason at any time, the agreement can be terminated with 30 days’ notice and without penalty. We are so confident you are going to be completely satisfied with our management program that we can offer this termination option. Equally important is the fact that we do not offer real estate sales like every other area PM firm so that we do not have that distraction. We are 100% focused on the professional management of the homes in our inventory!
