Northern Virginia Realtor awarded free NVAR dues as part of WJD’s ongoing partnership with local real estate professionals
Northern Virginia — WJD Management has announced that Anna Armstrong, leader of Team 1ntegrity powered by Samson Properties, is the winner of the company’s annual Real Estate Agent Contest, earning free Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) dues for one year along with additional referral commission opportunities.
Each year, WJD Management hosts the contest to recognize and thank Northern Virginia Realtors who assist in showing WJD-managed rental homes throughout the region. The program highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting local real estate professionals and maintaining strong referral partnerships.
Even agents who do not win the annual drawing benefit from WJD’s generous referral commission program, which offers commissions of up to 30 percent on qualified referrals. In addition, WJD Management maintains a strict policy of returning clients to their referring agents when those clients later decide to sell their property.
“We view our relationships with Realtors as true partnerships,” said WJD Management. “Our company focuses exclusively on residential property management, which means we never compete with agents for real estate sales. We do what we do best—manage rental properties—while allowing Realtors to continue serving their clients’ sales needs.”
WJD’s referral program is designed to make collaboration with agents both simple and rewarding. In addition to referral commissions, Realtors who work with WJD benefit from:
Consistent rental inventory across Northern Virginia
Efficient tenant application processes
Prompt commission payments once leases are signed
A commitment to protecting the Realtor–client relationship
As one agent recently noted after receiving a referral commission:
“Finally sat down to do my books for the last two months and saw the very generous referral commission for 6109 Holly Tree Drive. Thank you so much!”

Anna Armstrong began working with WJD Management in 2018 and has continued to partner with the company while growing her real estate business throughout Northern Virginia.
According to Armstrong, WJD’s large portfolio of rental listings provides valuable opportunities for Realtors.
“They consistently maintain a strong portfolio of listings across the Northern Virginia region,” Armstrong said. “As a Realtor, it’s helpful to have properties available to show prospective tenants even when the sales market slows down.”
Armstrong also noted that WJD’s move-out checklist and property preparation standards help ensure rental homes remain clean and show-ready for prospective tenants.
“Properties that are professionally cleaned and ready to show are much easier to rent, which makes my job easier as an agent.”
She also highlighted the efficiency of WJD’s online application system and tenant resources.
“WJD provides an online application and even a YouTube tutorial that walks applicants through the process. It eliminates a lot of back-and-forth communication and makes the experience smoother for everyone.”
Another key benefit for agents, Armstrong added, is the speed of commission payments.
“One of the best things about working with WJD is that I don’t have to wait until my client moves into the property to receive my commission. The check is mailed once the lease is signed.”
Armstrong also credited the success of her team.
“I would be remiss if I didn’t say a special thank you to my Team 1ntegrity teammates Darrone Suggs, William Restrepo, and Mikal Walker. We all enjoy working with WJD, and our success truly comes from teamwork.”
WJD Management’s Realtor Referral Program offers one of the more generous commission structures in the region, with commissions up to 30 percent for referrals. The program is designed to strengthen collaboration between property managers and Realtors while ensuring that agents maintain long-term relationships with their clients.
